Mask, gloves and even shoe coverings (if requested) will be worn on all valuations and viewings that take place. We will ask you to put hand sanitiser on prior to viewing any of our properties and we will maintain a distance of 2 metres from you. Your safety and protection from this awful disease is top of our priorities.
All of our Landlords are advised to get the properties professionally cleaned prior to the Tenants moving into a property.
