Huntington is a popular village located approximately 2.5 miles from Chester City Centre and provides local amenities such as a newsagents, hair and beauty salon, take aways, the Rake and Pikel pub and Et Alia Italian restaurant, which has the most amazing views of the River Dee and The Meadows. 

Caldy Nature Reserves is partly situated in Huntington and provides walkways through woodland, where there are benches scattered along the way and wetlands, where you can look out for the local wildlife. There is an active ‘Friends of Caldy Nature Park’, who organise local events throughout the year.
