Lovely countryside walks can be accessed alongside Shotwick Park, located to the side of The Greyhound Inn Pub and also along the old Railway Path, located off Seahill Road. Seahill Road, Hermitage Road and Long Lane provide access to Sealand Road, Chester City Centre and towards the A55. There is a regular bus service into Chester City Centre.
