On the 1st August 2021 Jayne Clarke Lettings and Property Management Ltd turned one year old! When the business was set up Jayne thought that the worst of the Coronavirus pandemic was over and things were starting to return to normal.
Little did she know that things were far from over with further restrictions put in place and two more Nationwide lockdowns.
The first year of any business is always a difficult one but throw in a global pandemic, lots of other local letting agents and very few rental properties coming onto the market to make it a truly challenging first year.
On Saturday 14th August, Jayne hosted celebratory drinks to those that had supported and believed in her since day one. The evening was held at Oddfellows in Chester City Centre, the Prosecco was flowing and platter boards were being brought out throughout the evening. A brilliant night was had by all who attended.
Jayne said “It’s been a whirlwind of a year and I am very proud of what has been achieved under the circumstances so I wanted to show my appreciation to those that have always believed in me and offered me their advice, support and kindness.
The focus for me now is to ensure that the service that I strive to provide is kept to the highest standard, ensuring that my clients properties are fully compliant and that the tenants are also happy in their homes”
